The upper figures show the log ratio data for a subject assayed on the Illumina 1M-duo platform before and after wave correction. The lower figures show a sample assayed on the Affymetrix 6.0 array. Genomic waves in both samples are clearly reduced. All four figures are shown with a median smooth applied in order to emphasize the wave shape.
