We’re gearing up for ASHG and kicking off our annual T-Shirt Design Competition!
This one goes out to all the clever, witty genomic jokesters out there … here’s your chance to cash in on those DNA punchlines you’ve been practicing! Here’s how the T-Shirt Design Competition works:
- Draw it out or write it down; we accept either illustrated or written designs.
- Email your designs to marketing@goldenhelix.com.
- Golden Helix, Inc. will select a number of finalists to advance to the GHI Community Polling level.
- The three designs with the most votes will be put into production and unveiled at this year’s ASHG conference in Orlando, FL.
And, if someone finally appreciating for your punny design isn’t enough – we’re offering cash prizes!
- First Place: $200
- Second Place: $150
- Third Place: $100
(All winners get to take home their winning shirt.)
*The competition ends August 6, 2017.
*Design concepts should be focused on genomics.
We will send out a vote to pick the top 3 designs, and winners will be notified on August 22, 2017 and announced on August 24, 2017. But, everyone will have to wait to get their hands on the newest t-shirts until ASHG on October 17, 2017! (You do not need to attend ASHG to compete or win, but you should since it’s such a fantastic conference.)
